    Chime® is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicole Beal as Vice President of Marketing and Jeffrey Gies as Vice President of Sales, who are both joining Chime’s employer-focused business unit Chime Enterprise. These appointments strengthen Chime’s position as an industry leader as it expands its offerings for employers and helps their employees make financial progress. Both bring deep expertise in enterprise growth strategy, sales, and marketing, helping Chime bring best-in-class financial wellness solutions to enterprises.

    Nicole Beal joins as VP of Marketing, Chime Enterprise

    A seasoned enterprise B2B marketing leader, Nicole specializes in building and scaling high-impact marketing teams, developing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and driving demand generation. She has spent her career at the intersection of marketing and revenue to drive strategic and long-term sustainable growth and, ultimately, meet business targets and goals.

    Most recently, Nicole shaped high-growth marketing strategies at fintech Rapyd, leading​ a global ​team that delivered successful multi-channel acquisition strategies​ which yielded ​b​est-in-class ​t​op of funnel growth and ​pipeline conversions. P​rior to Rapyd, Nicole led strategic marketing efforts​ at global fintech leader Payoneer. There she built the enterprise marketing function​ and team from the ground up, implemented an account-based marketing (ABM) approach, and built targeted marketing programs to attract, engage, and grow some of the world’s most strategic and valuable brands – the likes of Walmart, eBay, Upwork, and Airbnb.​

    In her role on the Chime Enterprise team as the VP of Marketing, Nicole will lead marketing efforts to expand Chime’s presence in the employer market. Her work will span demand generation, lifecycle marketing, brand/PR, communications, events, and marketing operations, ensuring Chime’s employer-focused business and products effectively reach the largest employers in the U.S. She is particularly excited about scaling an enterprise marketing function for a mission-driven organization and ultimately driving value for Chime Enterprise clients and Chime members alike.

    Jeffrey Gies joins as VP of Sales

    With more than 20 years of experience in financial technology and human capital management, Jeff brings expertise in building and scaling high-performing sales organizations. He has a proven track record of developing sales talent and executing national rollouts for industry leaders including ADP and Conduent.

    At ADP, Jeff successfully launched and scaled three national sales organizations focused on SMB compliance services, tax credits, and financial wellness solutions. Under his leadership, these divisions achieved significant growth, earning him multiple President’s Club honors and Board of Directors recognition. Most recently, he led Synergy’s small enterprise division, rapidly scaling the sales team from 7 to 57 employees in just 90 days while building the recruiting, onboarding, and training infrastructure from the ground up.

    As VP of Sales at Chime Enterprise, Jeff will lead enterprise sales efforts, develop the go-to-market strategy, and build a world-class sales organization to bring Chime’s offerings to enterprise employers across the U.S. His ability to simplify complex sales processes and develop strong sales leaders will be instrumental in expanding Chime’s presence among Fortune 500 companies and other large employers.
