Unlocking doors
to financial progress, together.
Chime Community Changemakers™ isn’t just a program—it’s a movement.

Redefining what "making it" looks like
We are proud to launch our third annual cohort, which will continue redefining what “making it” looks like by partnering with mission-driven innovators and entrepreneurs. We’re here to provide funding, executive mentorship, and a community of like-minded changemakers ready to scale impact where it matters most and open doors to economic opportunity.

How we partner.
We are proud that our innovative financial products are helping to level the playing field providing more people with more access and helping everyday Americans define what it means to “make it” on their terms.
But true change also requires action to happen on the ground, in the communities where our members live and work. We created Chime Community Changemakers™ to celebrate and support the community-embedded innovators and entrepreneurs who are unlocking doors to financial progress, building up everyday Americans, and helping their communities make it.
What to expect.
As a Chime Community Changemaker, you’ll have access to a network of other community-embedded innovators and entrepreneurs, opportunities for executive mentorship, in-person workshops, and more. We work with each leader and organization to identify where Chime can add unique value to help you reach your impact goals—because making it is a team sport.
2025 Areas of focus
1. Access to capital
Our first area of focus is organizations that are increasing access to financial resources for individuals, families, and businesses. This work might include innovative lending models, savings programs, emergency savings initiatives, liquidity solutions, or initiatives that help everyday people across the country secure the funds they need.
Whether supporting small business funding, providing resources for building up emergency savings, or promoting financial stability, organizations in this category are ensuring that people and organizations have the access to capital necessary to thrive.
2. Credit equity
Our second focus area is credit equity. We are looking for organizations committed to creating opportunities for individuals to build and improve their credit. Examples of this work include accessible credit-building tools, alternative credit-scoring models, financial education programs, or programs designed to widen credit reporting. These efforts help individuals achieve key financial milestones—such as securing housing, obtaining loans, or launching businesses—by fostering long-term creditworthiness.
3. Financial education
Our third focus area is financial education and organizations dedicated to equipping individuals or groups with the knowledge and skills needed to make financial progress. This work focuses on demystifying financial concepts, empowering people to make informed financial decisions, and fostering long-term financial confidence. Programs should be designed to reach and expand access to financial education, ensuring all communities have access to the information and tools needed to reach their financial goals.
This April, it’s all about making it.
